  • Open air and nice view of the St. Lawrence River and the riverfront. Service was great and the drinks were fine. The music however was hip-hop and didn't quite match the beautiful view. So he decided to just have cocktails there until we couldn't tolerate the music anymore and then we went downstairs to have a quiet dinner at the hotel restaurant
