| - Every time I want to purchase Toyota cars, I have thought about visiting here simply because of the location. However, I have always avoided it because friends of mine (and based off online reviews) have consistently had negative experiences here.
Recently, I visited this location. Although a serious buyer, as soon as I walked in the dealership, no one bothered to say hi, not even the front desk (even though that's pretty much their job as soon as a customer walks in to see if they've been served). I notice that all the representatives are either chatting with each other or sitting in front of their computers attentively. Last time I checked, customers were the first priority...?
Anyhow, a representative overheard me talking with my family and then answered some of the rhetorical questions I asked while walking towards his desk. When I inquired about the car and asked for a brochure, he said he didn't have any. He answered all the questions but didn't initiate anything, probably thinking we weren't serious even though I think every rep should at least try to engage with ANYONE that walks through their door (you never know which customer is a sale or a potential sale after all). The rep ended up asking more questions about where I worked rather than talking about the car. He didn't introduce himself, didn't ask us to take a seat, nor give out his business card.
I seriously have doubts about this dealership when they can't even deliver customer service. At your own risk, but I rather drive further out than have to deal with the people here.
