  • Changing my review on this place as it has grown on me and the people really are pretty cool cats!!! I read the reviews before coming here so kinda knew what to expect. They are all correct no real training or going through proper movements it's just go go go. It would have been great to know where the water is at on your first class or some info on the place seems standard I guess except when running a "factory" with that said it was a good workout just could have been a better first time experience.
