  • Val keeps me coming back. She is awesome for Brazilian... Quick and thorough and knows what she is doing. I have been going to EWC for years now in different states but this is the only location I go to in Charlotte... I've tried 2 others here... The packages are worth it if you wax regularly and you get points that add up to discounts for booking follow up appointments and using the app. My only gripe with this place is their appointment policy... Do not show up late... Not even 5 minutes( the amount of time it may take to find parking at busy times) or you may be rebooked. I would be more understanding if I weren't made to wait on occasion 10 to 15 minutes when I arrive on time... Give and take peeps! The products are pretty good but pricy... I buy them because they do actually work :-)
