  • I freakin love Costco! I really, really do. Every time I need something in mass quantities, Costco is definitely my first choice. And this new location is sooo convenient to all us North-Calgarians. When I run low on margarine, meat, boxed juice, laundry detergent, anything large, I refuse to buy it at Safeway or somewhere like that. I need to go to Costco for all my wholesale needs. I can't believe how much less you pay at Costco for stuff than you would at other grocery stores. It makes me want to slap myself in the face for not having seen the light sooner. I'll agree with George D. that the layout is not shopper friendly. Trying to maneuver those giants shopping carts up and down the isles, all around the people is quite a task. Sometimes I do get a little frustrated by the lack of movement and space... that's probably towards the end of the trip when I've already spent a couple hours inside. Bottom line people, don't buy bulk anywhere but Costco! If you do, it is like throwing money down the drain... just throwing it right down there!
