  • Took my vehicle in on a Thursday to have my fuel realm changed, they told me the parts would be coming from out of town and they should have it complete by Saturday afternoon. I didn't hear anything from them Saturday so I called them that evening, they told me they should be getting the part in on Monday and said they would call me Monday evening. After not hearing anything from them I called them and they said first thing Tuesday morning the part would be in and they would call me Tuesday, when Tuesday came and went I called them on Wednesday and start raising some hell, they still couldn't give me an answer as to why the part had arrived and when the work would be done. Finally late Friday afternoon and eight hundred and fifty dollars later not to mention the $300 I paid for a rental and borrowing a friends car for few more days I got my vehicle back. This place was extremely unprofessional in not keeping in touch with me, returning my calls, giving me a heads up as to what was going on with my vehicle and giving me the runaround. Extremely overpriced I would not suggest visiting Sun auto on Tropicana and Fort Apache, avoid!
