First time to this location and the barista gave me attitude and was pretty rude when I asked to get a tea refill (I'm a gold member) He told me they only give refills within 30min of original purchase (I had been there 45min..) and that I shouldn't expect to get refills at all because otherwise it would be like I'm getting a free drink. Not sure if this is a new stipulation , but if he would've just told me this in a polite manner I wouldn't be here writing this review.
