  • Well, I guess it's my fault for not checking the reviews before becoming a patron of this business. WORST CAR WASH EVER. Whatever happened to the good old days, when these full-service carwashes used to be the best thing ever? I drive-in today, and I am literally the only truck that pulls up and definitely the first one to be serviced. The salesman talks me up to a platinum wash for $30, and I think "hey what the heck I need it ". I walk inside and look out the big windows to watch like I always do, and the team member vacuuming my truck simply walks away from it when other cars pull up, and starts working on the other cars. By the time I say something, three cars have already gone in front of mine. To top it all off, they didn't even finish vacuuming out my truck! All the manager could say was "I'll talk to them". No refund, no credit, nothing. Last. Time. I EVER go here. The deluxe interior conditioning wasn't even applied everywhere inside lol. Looks like crap.
