  • A person backed into my car and had Geiko for insurance. Geiko recommended this ICC Collision Center so I made an appointment online. I showed up at 10:00am on a Monday morning to find my rental car waiting, a Geiko agent ready to do the inspection, and an ICC representative ready to assist. Exactly nine minutes later I was on my way in the rental car. I received a call later that afternoon from Geiko saying that the shop went ahead and honored my request for an OEM bumper and that my car should be ready in the next two days. I received a call from ICC on Wednesday morning , exactly 48 hours from the time I dropped it off, telling me the car was ready. I returned to ICC to find my car detailed and looking like new. They even took care of returning my rental to Enterprise! This time I was at ICC for less than 5 minutes before I was on my way. ICC helped make an otherwise stressful situation extremely easy and stress free! Thank You!!!
