So I didn't even end up eating here today because my experience in dealing with the atrocious customer service completely turn me off. Their bathroom was not stocked with toilet paper nor was it very clean and since there was no toilet paper I got stranded in the bathroom on the John for at least 15-20 minutes. At which point my legs had gone completely numb and unable to function properly so I got desperate and used my socks as tp to clean myself up. Thinking that they should probably get it restocked ASAP and possibly some sympathy for my loss of socks informed an employee. Apparently it's customary at that McDonald's for the employee to ask the customer "well what do you want me to do about it?". Well first and foremost I'd like you to go restock the toilet paper so somebody else doesn't have to deal with what I just had to, 2nd I'd like at minimum and apology but it be nice to get an apple pie or a Big Mac for my loss of socks. Well not only was his apology completely insincere but he had a smirk and giggled while doing it. So I asked for the manager to explain the situation, and got even more attitude and disrespect from her. Needless to say I had to call their franchise headquarters to speak with their supervisors on the situation, which to say the least they were not happy.
