  • Don't waste your time! While the women who did my pedicure and gel manicure was nice and did a decent job- the salon itself is seriously lacking. The biggest problem- their brochure says that a basic pedicure + gel manicure costs $55.00. When I walked in- this is what I said I wanted. The pedicure itself was just ok- nothing special- she asked if I wanted the calluses removed- I said sure (since this is usually a normal process to a pedicure) she said it would be another $10.00. I said fine. Once that and my nails were finished I went to pay and she told me the total was $73.00!!!!! I said no- and showed her that the procure sitting on their desk says 55.00- she said I could speak to the manager, who had already begun to walk over as I'm not the fist person they've pulled this scheme on. The manager began to point to a tiny home made sign about the size of a note card that said that was a Monday Tuesday deal only. She began to argue with me that the sign is right and their brochure isn't. - she could care less that I didn't see the small sign and that I was going by their professionally printed advertising brochures placed RIGHT ON THE DESK!!! Terrible customer service- terrible business people! False advertising and a scam!!!
