  • I didn't feel like waiting in line for an hour at the other critically acclaimed BBQ place not far from here so I decided to give Texas BBQ house a try and I'm glad I did. It was a Friday so I was disappointed to find out that they were out of ribs, pulled pork, and chicken. But they were able to throw together a custom sampler plate for me with their brisket, turkey, and 2 types of sausage. It did not disappoint. The brisket was "fatty brisket" and it was packed with flavor. I'm a BBQ junkie so I've had some of the best brisket in the world and their brisket is right up there. The Turkey might have been the best BBQ turkey I've ever had. Sliced thick, tender, and packed with flavor. Their jalapeno sausage did outshine their regular sausage, but both were fantastic. This place is as good as it gets.
