  • A 100% positive experience to an otherwise miserable rental! I posted a review from the location I picked up the truck, where the owner was sleeping in the back for an hour and forgot to open, thus costing me $110 in lost load\unload hourly rate from those I was paying to load\unload the truck. The drop off experience was fantastic. Drove in, they had my truck checked in and me on my way in 2 minutes. That's the way it's supposed to be. When renting, always try to avoid the smaller neighborhood locations, and try to rent from the corporate city-locations.
