  • I'm so disappointed because I came here one other time with my sister and got a pedicure and had an AMAZING experience. This time around I came to get a full set and had the worst experience I've ever encountered at a nail salon. The lady who did my nails was on a phone call on her Bluetooth for almost the entire time she was doing my nails expect for maybe 5 minutes. She also proceeded to answer a FACETIME call during the time she was doing my nails. She had me pay before painting my nails which I thought was a good idea so I wouldn't have to worry about damaging my nails while getting my wallet. After she painted my nails she went to the last pedicure chair in the back and FELL ASLEEP!!!!!! She didn't once come to check on me or see if my nails were dry or not. I sat there for almost 15 minutes with my nails in front of a small fan waiting for them to dry without being acknowledged by anyone. Very disappointed. My nails came out alright, however there are areas where you can tell she rushed and did not care. Probably won't come back.
