  • Do NOT rent from this horrible company!!!! My daughter lives there and can not wait until August when they are moving out!!! I helped my daughter the day they moved in and her apartment was filthy!!! We pulled out the washer and dryer and I have never seen anything like it!!! It was so aweful!!!!!!!! The wood floors and bathrooms were discussing!!! We went to the office and showed then pics of the filth and all they said was sorry and we will give you a break in your next month rent and it never happened in the two years there!! To top off everything else they have had to live daily with scorpions!!! They have told the office how bad it is but they don't care!!!!! All they tell her is you live in AZ pretty much get over it!!! I have lived here for 9 yrs and have never had one in my house because we control it! They will not take care of the situation!!! I feel bad for my daughter because she is not the same person since she has lived there!! She stays away from her place and can't sleep at night because they land on her!!!! Do not rent from this horrible complex unless you like filth, scorpions and terrible management!!!!
