  • Apparently Nova Era has been around Toronto for quite some time. This new location was recently established in North Ajax, and its about time! In the one hour that I was there on a rainy Saturday afternoon, this place was constantly visited by patrons. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly lady who was very attentive and polite throughout our entire visit. Needless to say the service was amazing. I quickly settled on the Chicken BLT ( nova style), it was very good. I also tasted the canoli..yum. This place bakes a variety of fresh breads daily and people just come in to buy the bread, grab some tasty pastries and leave. Mind you, there is place to sit and have a quick bite if you so choose. Nice to visit, will be back again for sure.
