I was a loyal customer for years but it definitely appears in my last 2 visits that they have had a change in management. Kelly at the front desk was rude, condescending and gave me incredibly incorrect information. I am really sorry to have to go find a new place to take my car. He told me something would cost up to $4000 to fix and just went to the dealership where I was quoted $80. Also told me it really didn't need to be fixed when the dealership showed me that the part had a crack in it that eventually would break. And he was so rude, I was almost in tears when I left.
