  • My Range Oven went out and I called AAS. Rom came out the next day On Time as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. The Price for a Whirlpool Oven Valve did not make it worth it to repair the appliance (builders Grade) so I paid for a Service call only(That is waived if they do the actual job). I then called my trusted Appliance Parts Center on Eastern and they verified that the Gas Valve problem is a major issue with my type of Whirlpool Gas Range. They also have Repair people (with a slightly lower price - parts and labor), however Rom was right in the Ballpark with his quote AND His professionalism. and willingness to explain the problem definitely makes him the person I would want to service all of my appliances. Did I mention when I called I actually spoke with a Real Live Person that was actually very professional and scheduled me in a Time window that did not require wasting half a day.
