  • (FYI) THE 1STAR ABOVE IS NOT REALLY THERE..all i tried to do was get my service moved from 1 address to the nxt THAT'S IT..what i thought was doin the right thing obviously wasn't f%@&ing disaster. schedules in advance to transfer my service its all fine calls the day b4 check on it *thinkn now, i should have called the nxt day* they never booked it nxt openin 4 days later 5/24. Ok fine called bk nxt day these dumb fucks put it for the same address not the 1 im goin to. Fix that now they cnt do it the day its suppose to b done cuz im n collections how my bill isnt due yet i just paid it 2 wks prier my bill is due on the 6/12th $62 "cant have an existing bill that has been mailed out already" *so whatever i pay it cuz im ready to stream my shows* was told theyll b out the nxt morning didnt get a time frame specifically but never showed up once again gettn bounced around gettn put on hold then tranferred to another department i never was tlkn too explaining yet again my situation finally some lady got in n for the 6/2nd. Unfortunately i lost connection with her mysteriously called bk to no avail just to find out tryn to get bk to the lady i was finally gettn help from the new bitch cancelled it somehow n couldn't get it bk. Then new date june. 7th today...finally i have internet nd 2mnths free. "Supposedly" im sure they'll fuck that up too
