Delicious. From the title I take that the operation is an attempt at a cross section of food one would find in Berlin, Confirmed by a Native German we had in our party. From a cart operation, the menu has about 8 items including handmade bratwurst and sausage. They also had "das Lamb" and "Das Zucchini" so a vegetarian option is available. The event we happened to find these folks at had signs claiming multiple food trucks but wherever those other trucks were, they weren't around so the Berliners had a captive audience at a brewery event. So they got backed up and had a mole of orders. They suggested takin folks numbers and texting when the orders were ready which I accepted and worked really well. The folks at the cart were polite and friendly, the food was made with fresh ingredients and delicious. I had "Das Lamb" which consisted of a pita type bread filled with a ground lamb sausage spiced and made into a rough patty on the grill, topped with lots of cabbage, tomato and yogurt sauce flavored with garlic--there was choice of sauces I'm a garlic fiend I forget why the other was. Overall brilliant experience.
