  • This place has ZERO customer service. Called and had an appt. show up and nobody knows how to remove acrylic to apply SNS! Jade was the Best but left. But they SECRETLY slipped me jades phone # when they were in a panic they couldn't get a hold of someone that knows how to do acrylic. WTF? Then this lady tries to argue w me saying that I said I had acrylic, I said I want SNS. Clearly, doesn't matter! They should all know how to do all nails! It's a huge salon! Perhaps this is the reason for LOW RATINGS! Do NOT come here people!!!!!
