  • This used to be my go to Starbucks because the staff is extremely friendly , fast and efficient which is perfect for me since I can just grab and go as I have school. I never had any problems or issues with my orders but recently they keep messing up my iced coffee when I order through the app. Today I gave it another try and I have to say that I am extremely upset about it. My iced coffee was not only watered down, it also didn't seem like that they put in any almond milk requested. I tried calling them but they never pick up the phone. This is the 4th coffee in a row that I have been throwing out without drinking and it's just a waste of my money at this point. I doubt I'll come back to this Starbucks.
