  • I have never been a true Pho fan until I went to Pho Thanh, the broth is very complex like Blake B said; the fixings were huge like Nader A stated. First time I went I went with a friend who is "Pho-crazy" and he introduced me to Pho Thanh; then I took my roommate who is "soup-crazy" and he fell in love with Pho Thanh. Next time I have to take one of my best friends; but he's a pescetarian; but he loves spice asian food.
