  • Buyer beware , this office only cares about lining there pockets. Long story short. My husband and I went in for a cleaning and we're told we needed a deep cleaning , looking back I know I didn't need one cause I had my teeth cleaned 3 months prior. Upselling in its finest. Our bill was close to 1400, they recommend you come in 3 months later for maintenance . I was under the impression it was for a regular cleaning. At time my husband had insuarance that didn't cover anything we came to find out later, all services went on smiles solution credit card. 2 weeks later we receive a bill for 60$$. We went in and they said it was for a copay. We paid it unaware that insurance didn't cover anything. Ameritas ins. Sucks, front desk said we had a zero balance, 3 weeks later 2 more bills came in one for 160 and another for 40$$, wtf . Thought we had a zero balance. Went to office and front desk couldn't explain except to say we owed this money. There again it went on credit card. I pray this is last time I hear from this dishonest office. They didn't even care that they lost two patients. My husband planned on having more work done. Lesson learned.
