  • If I could give this store 0 stars I would!! This is by far the worst experience with customer service I have EVER had!! We came to this store originally looking to buy carpet for our kitchen. We were informed days later that the carpet we had picked out was discontinued... ok, we had no problem with that as we decided we wanted to do vinyl instead. This lowes ran a .49 per sq ft discount on the vinyl we picked out, and we received our product finally the other day. We have been calling for TWO months trying to get an installer to come out just to lay it out!!! Every time we call we get the same guy, who just gives us the run around and I'm sick of it!!! I will never come to lowes for "home improvements" again. Here I am, Still wondering when my floors will be done ....
