  • After multiple calls with Brian over a period of 3 weeks to confirm the move, Chuck called 4 days before my 94 year old father's move to cancel it. This was already a stressful situation as my mother passed away 3 months ago and my dad is moving from the home that they shared into an assisted living facility. Chuck was nasty and verbally abusive and even hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people!!!!! No professionalism. We've found a new mover. They couldn't be nicer. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise. I repeat....DO NOT USE Armbruster Mayflower Movers!!!!
