  • All I can say is DELICIOUS!! Hubby and I stopped at Sauceman's on our way home from a relaxing trip to Asheville, N.C. and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised by this place. Don't expect an elegant dining experience here, but rather good barbecue at a reasonable price. My only complaint is that they were out of a few items on the menu....I was particularly disappointed that they didn't have any barbecue chicken, but nevertheless the very friendly owner (I believe) suggested the sampler plate which was delicious and satisfying. When I'm in the mood for barbecue, I will definitely consider a drive back to Sauceman's to get some.
