  • What kind of carpet store does not allow you to check out samples? Brett told me the samples don't leave the store and when he comes out to measure he will bring them. How would I even know if I want the carpet if I can't view the sample in my home? Colors and textures look very different in different environments. Seems the store would lose a lot of money and time by bringing samples out and none of them work....in my case I left the store and you lost a customer who was looking to do an entire home. Many merchants charge a fee to your credit card, which they reimburse once you return the samples. This is totally acceptable... But this was not an option they would consider. I'm willing to bet you have lost many, many customers due to this policy.
