  • Dr Richard Teh is the best doctor I can ever ask for. He always makes himself available especially when I need something urgent. I would definitely give them 5 stars but there is a girl up front, Nayeli. She is the meanest. My grandma died the day I missed my schedule and so I explained this to the doctor. He said he would take care of it or talk to me about the bill. When Nayeli brought it up to me and I explained to her the situation, she rolled her eyes and started typing on the keyboard hard and went on to say "THE DOCTORS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BILLS" with the worst attitude. People like her shouldn't be in the healthcare business. There must be compassion in every person caring or communicating with patients. I wonder if she's as bad with how she talked to me with the elderly.
