  • We started looking for a home over a year ago with a real estate agent that we felt from the get go was jacking us around...we decided to cut all ties and friendship with that person. (My husband had known him for years.) We met and Tracy and he changed the whole experience of house hunting for us to super fun and exciting from the stress we were going through before. He never sugar-coated anything, everything was fully explained and if he didn't immediately know the answers to our questions, he would promptly return our phone calls with what we needed. We found our new home within a short time of searching and couldn't be more happy with our results of the loan process. It was seriously painless without hiccups. Tracy was so patient and willing to help us get exactly what we wanted...when with the other guy, we were made to feel like we had to "settle" because it was a seller's market. My husband and I both highly recommend Tracy Kaye as a real estate agent and we will be having him over for dinner shortly after we move in!! Tracy thank you so much for all of your help!
