  • Absolute terrible service. I had an issue with some ticks so I called budget brothers exterminating and had a great tech come out and spray. He explained everything to me about how it was a 2 week process etc and came out again in 2 weeks and sprayed again. He told me that should do the trick but if I did see more, he would come back at no charge and spray again. Well, we noticed a couple ticks about 4 weeks later. I called and the lady answering the phone set it up, then later called me back saying hey couldn't do it for free and would be full charge. Totally lied to me. Do not use, they lie and do not back up product
