  • This store makes me feel outdoorsy just opening the doors that are made of something that I imagine you use when hiking glaciers or something. Ha! The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you, answer questions and find the best fit for what you are looking for. Robin told me about their lifetime membership ($20 one time fee) and the benefits, but it didn't seem pushy at all. She also told me about some upcoming sales and a new campaign featuring Women in the Wild and how they are supporting nonprofits that are aligned with that mission. When trying on shoes, there's a rock that you step up in and go down to see how your shoes fit as you decline.
