  • As a guest the front office refused to offer me another bathroom because the one in the lobby was dirty and being cleaned. I have a disability and I asked her 3 times, very nicely if she could allow me to use another bathroom and she refused. The clerks name is Christine, front desk 2-218 @ 11:00 am. Very rude and very "matter of fact". Bad customer service I will never visit here again. I was at the hotel for a conference/tournament. No stars are deserved.
