| - If I have the opportunity to give less than 1 star I'll prefer to do that or no stars at all. Worst experience of my life while I was there with my baby and my older daughter.
After my baby daughter turned 4 months. We went to Claire's store for ear piercing, one inexperienced girl pierced uneven. Another girl was advising her. After 1 week I called the store and told them that they are unevenly pierced, they told me to take off the earring which is not done right and come to the store after few weeks so that the pierced ear closes. She told me since it's more than one week I have to pay for the piercing and also buy new earrings. So I went after few weeks and some other lady pierced wrong again, for the 2nd time, and my daughter was just 5 and half months at that time. On the same day I called the store and the store manager Shane, told me to come after 3 weeks with the pink sheet and the receipt. I called the store after 3 weeks, May 18th, around 1:04pm and asked store manager Shane when can I come. She told me to come anytime or even right now. So I told her I'll be there. When I went with my older daughter and my baby, people were waiting in line for buying. So, I waited and waited, one after another customers kept coming in store and she didn't even ask me or talked to me. After almost 20-25 mins, I asked and she asked for the pink sheet and the receipt. But I didn't had the receipt, so she was able to pull it out of the system. She printed it and gave it to me. She told me to wait again. At 2:03, when I asked again, ( when it was already more that 40 mins, waiting with my almost cranky baby ) she told me that I can come back tomorrow or after 2:30 today ( because there were people in line ), when another employee will be there. I said ok. I took my daughter and had something to eat. We were back at the store before 2:25. Shane the store manager saw us and ignored. After us two people came and she started attending them for piercing. By that time my baby was getting tired for sleep and started little crying. And those three were laughing and talking. I requested to do little fast, and then we had heated argument, while I was trying to explain, that I'm waiting since more than 1 and half hour before them. I was thinking that by courtesy, they will let us go first because I have a small baby, instead they threatened me to call security while I was with my daughter and baby. The store manager Shane also took their side. They said I was interfering with their piercing. I was quite then and couldn't control crying, because of the humiliation and helplessness. At 2:50 she took us and while I was discussing that I was waiting with my kids, and it was my turn, the assistant store manager came and argued and showed attitude and told me to leave the store if I do not want to cooperate. I then decided to stay quite again since I had no choice and the store manager Shane pierced my daughter's ear. We were done by 3:03. She printed the receipt. It took her just 10 mins which she could have done a lot earlier.
My 6 month old daughter had to go through so much pain 3 times and for me it was the most humiliating and horrible experience I ever experienced. My 9 and a half yr old daughter was shocked and scared with what was going on. Have never experienced anything like this ever.
