  • I had an awesome first-time car leasing experience at Chapman. My salesperson was Rafael and I HIGHLY recommend him. As a daughter of a car salesman, I know how intimidating, manipulative, and crooked car salesman can be... Especially when you're a young woman that has never bought a car before. Rafael is one of the few honest, knowledgable, and genuine salespeople out there. I never felt like I was being manipulated into making a bad deal and trusted Rafael. During the negotiating process I also met with Duane who was awesome too and helped me get the pricing I wanted. Steve in finance is so knowledgable and organized as well. Overall, the entire process went so smooth and I couldn't be happier with my new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I would recommend Rafael at Chapman to any of my family and friends!
