I've never been to an aquarium so maybe I'm easily impressed. Basic tip: if you hate lines,... before going to a brand new venue with massive community appeal consider going midweek. We went on a Thursday around 11am. We didn't wait in a single line. There was plenty of room in front of each display to stand and observe to our hearts content. They were feeding many of the creatures so that was cool for my 1.5 year old to see. It is extremely expensive for a family to visit so I would recommend using a coupon if you can find one. No issues with parking.
Room for improvement: they're missing a lot of signs. No idea where the entrance was from the parking lot, how to exit or enter specific rooms other than "emergency exit" signs. We skipped the 3D movie because obviously not appropriate for a small child.
Otherwise highly recommend!
Did not eat here- because it's a captive audience right? Food is going to suck and be $$$. Didn't need a yelp review to tell me that.
And PS, we saw many with double strollers....
