  • I drove 11 hours from Nevada to purchase a Ram truck from VIP. I had found the vehicle on craigslist and right away called VIP to discuss the price and get more pictures since I lived almost 700 miles away. From that point on I could not have a better experience in my 20+ years of buying cars. Kenny the owner and Joe were just extremely helpful from the beginning, they send me any picture I requested from the vehicle, car fax, put the truck on hold for me without a deposit (just trusting that I was going to take the drive there). Kenny also took me to the airport to return my rental car, gave me a choice of sleeping in one of his campers so I could rest before heading home and gave me a follow up call about 6 hours after I left the dealer to check on me and making sure I was good to drive. I can not say enough great things about Kenny and his customer service, I would definitely take another 11 hour drive if I ever need another vehicle, thank you Kenny once again.
