  • Horrible staff! Absolutely rude! Came a few minutes after 5 and apparently that day they changed their closing time from 6 to 5. Didn't even approach the door or anything just gave me a 'tough luck were closed' hand gesture and went to the back. Could've given me a little respect and came and said sorry were closed early now. All I needed was a SIM card. They could've said oh just go down the street to the retailer who's still open. But no they felt no respect for their customers. Absolutely Pathetic! I will be writing a formal complaint letter to AT&T as well. Don't use this place go down the street to MyWireless AT&T. They were friendly and had me out and on my way in 3 minutes.
