  • UPDATE: A year and a half later and our roof has been perfect. They saved us $3000! The other estimates were totally dishonest and happy to pretend we needed a lot more. I remember arguing with The owner saying more needed to be done(according to the other estimates). But he just said, ma'am you really don't need that other stuff done. So, Thank you again A1! I did not use my home warranty as some of the other people here seem to have done. When I read the reviews on here, I realized that other yelpers here were blaming this business for policies by their home warranty services- which have nothing to do with A1roofing. My experience was based on the repair of my roof from my own out-of-pocket expense. These guys were very reasonable with pricing. In fact, their quote was way less expensive than other prices quoted to us. ($3000 less) He looked at the roof with us, and told us, frankly, we didn't need all the other quoted repairs. "I'll remove the debris and repair the tiles, but there isn't a huge amount that needs to be done." He felt honest, and I went with my gut and chose him. I'm glad I did. His crew was kind and they got it done just before the rainy season! He also advised us how to get the solar panels placed in such a way to save us a ton of money and future work. We have had no leaks or problems throughout the whole rainy season since they came. I really appreciate you guys, thank you.
