rev:text	I HATE ROUNDPOINT MORTGAGE! They are clueless and you can't find anyone that speaks clear English. The first year everything was fine then all of the sudden they started withdrawing an extra $450 to cover property taxes and insurance....which I pay on my own and made sure it was set up that way from the beginning. I have contacted them 5 different times to reslove this and they still haven't corrected it. I am about to close my checking account so THEY will have contact me for payment. VERY FRUSTRATING
