  • I work nearby so I eat here pretty often. The workers are always friendly but I've never felt inclined to write a review until now. I ordered a sandwich and one of my condiments was missing, which was pretty frustrating because I didn't notice until i had walked all the way back to work. Normally I would let it slide but I was already getting quite "hangry" so I called to lodge a complaint (because they had missed this exact condiment in the past). The way they handled it was definitely 5 star service. They remade my sandwich, offered me a refund AND were incredibly kind about it the entire time. Besides their great service, I have yet to create a sandwich here that I didn't think was tasty and flavorful.
