  • This is my favorite and by far the best airline I have flown with overall. If you are lucky enough to fly business, you can change or cancel your tickets with no penalties. I love that they will call you back if the wait time is too long. The only draw back of course is the unassigned seating, but I guess you can't have it all especially when your not paying any baggage fees like with American Airlines or other similar ones. I live on Orange County, so it is convincente that they fly to multiple destinations from there, including our favorite and direct flight to Cabo San Lucas, which is awesome! Hopefully the other airlines will follow suit and go back to not charging baggage fees, great job Southwest!
