  • I am not only a past customer, but came in to donate several boxes of books and Movies to them. When I asked the sales man at the counter for help with my very heavy boxes he looked at me like I had 2 heads and his response was "Ya, I guess"!?! Um, buddy.. Do you want them or not? Are you that unmotivated to help your customers Carry in hundreds of pounds of books? They were free! I wasn't asking for money. Zia here I come... I will never go back there. What A joke! Lazy.. Lazy, LAZY! Time to hire employees with much better people skills then the ones you have working there.
