  • So, as we pull up to order, I see employees come out the back door with a tiny dog. The dog was cute, but hoping employees washed their hands. Was asked to wait for ordering. Ordered two regular shaved ices with a BOGO free. The young lady at the window lacked basic customer service skills, barely saying anything to me until we were pulling away, when she complimented me on my tattoos, and after we sat waiting for 7-8 minutes for our order. The wait for hot coffee at Starbucks is shorter than this wait was for ice and some syrup. The ices tasted great.
