  • All I can say is I used to go here all the time I used to purchase all of my glassware all of my rig tools all of anything tools pipe tools used to buy my butane there everything used to come in there and buy T-shirts and incense I knew the owner at one point he was really cool but the manager whoever I met today girl with purple hair with a piercing was the most rudest person I could ever come across in my life I asked her to return something I just bought the other day and it was not enough heat to heat up a nail head to use on my rig I asked the girl the day before if it worked on my rig she said yes I said OK I brought i came home the flame is not hot enough I figured no problem I can bring it back and have it returned I have returned things for me before this time she did not she got very hostile she started yelling talking about her kids if she can't feed her kids she's gonna lose her job if she gives me my $40 back I asked her to call the owner she would not call the owner...... just rude person needs to be fired I was not loud or rude or anything my daughter was standing next to me wa alike mom what was wrong with that lady it doesn't matter if all sales final the torch was in perfect condition it's all about being customer service that's all I have to say have a heart give back the $40 and have a good day instead you lost another customer which I will tell many other customers not to come here find another smokeshop go to Spanky's smoke shop it's right around the corner and is very nice and well taken care of and if you do not like something they will take it back no problem ... so was heart broken and taken back what a person who would do that .... I have returned things before it wasn't a big deal when I did .... it's not like the 40 would of made ur business crumble .... just the worst service then she runs out and takes pictures of my car like really lady I did nothing I have a witness my daughter .... so immature and last looked like on drugs
