  • I came here for Zen's show: http://www.zenrankin.com/ and was pleasantly surprised to find some artwork for sale for only $10! I love most art, but love affordable art even more. I brought some people to #Hashtag on separate occasions and they bought some of Zen's affordable work too! The owners are très cool, very friendly. I enjoyed meeting the artist and listening to him talk about his work. I highly recommend making it to the opening nights. Check their website for updates. The small space gives the gallery a cozy, personal feel. I also appreciate that it's not too overwhelming. Great location. I've stumbled in a few times while in the 'hood. I should note that I went to a subsequent show and the work was all out of my price range. Loved the pieces though. They host events sometimes too, like life drawing or karaoke. Not just a gallery! Bonus: Sometimes there are Yelp check-in offers!
