  • Well, bought a new 4 Runner and after 5k miles brought it in for the first oil change. The guy who checked me in had zero people skills but I overlooked that basic skill. I told Mr personality I was going to wait for my car. He said it would take 1 3/4 hours so I waited. After 2 1/2 hours still no car or update from Mr. P. Don't see me coming back for another free oil change. I'd rather pay my mechanic and be done in 30 minutes. I'm writing while I sit and wait for my car. Hoping to be gone before they close.... sad.
