What a lovely little place. Even though I have an aversion to caffeine, I still adore a great cup of (decaf) coffee or a beautifully crafted latte. And the fact that Pour Cleveland also has magnificent bagels doesn't hurt either.
The setup itself is open with a mix of rustic and modern. Pretty lighting, lots of windows and a handful of seating options. And while the menu is well-edited, what they do offer is on point. My decaf pour over was delicious (always with copious amounts of cream and sugar) and my toasted rosemary and sea salt bagel was great with the raspberry goat cheese schmear. I was, however, having FOMO when I saw Cara L's cheddar chive cream cheese...next time, next time Pour Cleveland.
Some room for improvement? Maybe a few more snacky options (there were only bagels and schmear when I visited at 8:30am on a Wednesday). Also, it would be nice if the baristas asked folks if they needed room for cream/sugar. I had show the world (and the floor) how un-graceful I am with trying to make room in my very full ceramic mug of black coffee.
