After just a month the results I've seen as a 55+ guy with over a hundred pounds to lose have been remarkable. Not so much in the way I look (yet?) but a HUGE difference in the way I feel. First visit Greg asked me about my fitness goals and I said "I want to save my knees and my hips" Too many people 10 or more years older than me have had them replaced. My work takes me on roofs and gives my knees all sorts of abuse. Greg designed a workout unlike any I've had before, and within the first two weeks my knees hurt less. Now they feel better than they have in years. I know the stronger muscles around the knees are making a difference. On top of all that the REAL nutrition counseling, no shame, great atmosphere, etc make Fitness Institute a perfect fit for me and people like me.
