  • I called for an appointment and specifically asked if the doctor practiced and was well versed in HRT. I needed immediate relief from some symptoms. I confirmed they had an in-house lab and would have the results and would prescribe the meds needed right then. Unfortunately, his lab was not on my insurance and I had to go elsewhere.Twenty-three days and $120 into it I got some results from the blood work and my thyroid was discussed but no mention of the reason for my visit. I expected relief finally, only to be devastated when told I need to see an OBGYN and he would not prescribe anything until I did. WTH! I did not need to see him then. I made an appointment with a reputable doctor and in one visit received the meds I so desperately needed. This man and his office manager's Hippocratic Oath is to sucker victims and bill their insurance without providing the healthcare.you requested. They refused to refund any money. Shame on you,Dr Epstein!!
